Sacha Prechal (1959) is sinds 2010 rechter bij het Europese Hof van Justitie, waar zij begin jaren negentig als medewerker van de Nederlandse rechter al eerder werkzaam was. Na terugkeer in Nederland nam haar universitaire loopbaan een hoge vlucht. Gespecialiseerd in de wisselwerking tussen nationaal en Europees recht. Geboren in het voormalige Tsjechoslowakije maar volgde haar opleiding en was werkzaam in Nederland.
