Description
This seminar will address issues relating to delivering better results and making greater use of simplification with the Structural funds in the sixth-year of implementation during the programming period 2007-2013. There will be several sessions on result-based management, and on solving implementation obstacles through lump-sums, flat-rate for indirect costs and standard unit costs. Furthermore, the seminar will cover best practices in using public procurement, global grants, vouchers, as well as financial engineering instruments and micro credits.
Learning Methodology
