  Once these reservations are lifted, the Permanent Representatives Committee could therefore suggest

that the Council adopt the abovementioned Implementing Decision as finalised by the legal

linguistic experts in doc.18810/11 FISC 173 OC 105 as an "I/A" item on the agenda for a

forthcoming meeting. -
